Nerf Mania Code of Conduct

To ensure a fun and safe experience for all participants, the following rules must be followed at all times:

Participation Requirements

  • All participants must be signed in by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating.

  • A waiver must be completed and signed each time a participant attends the event.

  • Participants must use Nerf Elite-style blasters only.

Safety Rules

  • Eye protection is required at all times while participating—no exceptions.

  • Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants.

  • Only darts provided by event staff may be used.

  • No physical contact (pushing, tackling, or rough play).

  • Do not aim for the face at close range.

  • Follow all instructions given by event staff immediately.

Behavior Expectations

  • Treat all participants, staff, and volunteers with respect.

  • No aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

  • Play fair and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in Nerf Mania is at your own risk. The Gem County Fairgrounds and event partners are not responsible for injuries or lost/stolen items.

Enforcement

  • Anyone who fails to follow these rules will be asked to leave immediately.

  • No refunds will be given for participants removed due to rule violations.
